Full time - term time

£22,627 - £24,491 per annum, pro rata

Required from January 2022, a Learning Support Assistant to provide educational support for children and young people with visual impairment.

The successful candidate would be based within our Visually Impairment Additionally Resourced Provision (VIARP) at Gosforth Academy. The VIARP is a well-established and successful provision and is an integral part of the school.

We are looking for applicants who meet the higher-level teaching assistant standards or hold an equivalent qualification.

You will be an enthusiastic, well motivated and adaptable individual with good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
