TWAM Enterprises Ltd facilitates commercial activities on behalf of Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums (TWAM.) TWAM is a major regional museum, art gallery and archives service managing a collection of nine museums and galleries across Tyneside and the Archives for Tyne and Wear.

We are seeking experienced retailers to work in our shops at the Discovery Museum, the Laing Art Gallery and the Great North Museum: Hancock. We have a number of part time permanent roles available, all working to a 2-week rota inclusive of weekend work, and occasional evenings.

You will be providing a high standard of customer service in a busy retail environment, where the ability to merchandise stock and maintain visual displays is important.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retailer who can combine excellent customer service, visual merchandising and organisational skills.
