£21,575 - £22,777 per annum, pro rata (£19,096 - £20,160 actual salary for 32.75 hpw)
1 post - permanent part time 32.75 hours per week
2 posts - casual staff working as and when required
This is an exciting opportunity to join Community Hubs and Libraries within our Operations & Regulatory Services Directorate. You will be responsible for providing a frontline service to customers and partners in our libraries across the City.
You should be experienced in working in a customer focused environment and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Duties include driving and deliveries, patrolling and security of buildings, premises maintenance, as well as directing and assisting members of the public. You will need a good level of fitness and clean category B driving licence is essential.
Posts include permanent, part-time 32.75 hours per week, and casual hours as required.
You will be required to work flexibly across all sites which will include working evenings to 7:00pm and Saturday working on a rota basis.
