Service Improvement Assistant

Make an impact on services in Newcastle! You will be at the centre of things, working in the Adult Social Care and Prevention Commissioning and Procurement Team and with Adult Social Care Service Managers and their teams, Public Health, and other teams across the Council to identify information that will shape services and support needed by Newcastle residents.

You will need to be a self-starter with excellent organisational skills. Excel skills are a must as are general IT skills and an ability to navigate computer systems and databases.

You will need to be a motivated individual who can prioritise work and complete tasks within clear timeframes. The post holder will predominately be working from home with some office time.
