At Ostara we provide a full range of services designed to assist people to continue to live in their own homes with comfort and reassurance of a Telecare system.

Based from our head office you will assess individual customers’ needs, recommend and install appropriate Telecare equipment, you will promote the Ostara service internally and externally. In addition to this you will also support the response team when needed to respond to customers who may have fallen, feel unwell or need reassurance.

Ostara has been helping people to remain at home knowing that help is at hand 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

The Person: You will have a caring and compassionate nature and have the ability to work in a responsive service with great communication skills and an understanding of how Ostara can support independent living. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to communicate with customers and professionals.
