The Job
The Lead Practitioner in the Commissioning and Procurement team will mentor and guide Commissioning and Procurement Officers and be the first point of contact for raising issues in respect to quality, performance, and safeguarding concerns in relation to our commissioning services. The Lead Practitioner will lead a sub-category area within either Public Health, Integrated Services or Social Care and will mentor and guide CPO, s during key commissioning and procurement activity.
The Candidate
You will be a passionate, flexible individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, can think strategically, demonstrate excellent management skills that reflect your ability to lead, work well under pressure and can work collaboratively across organisations and systems.
You will bring proven experience within Adult Social Care or Integrated Services commissioning, a strong understanding of the regulatory framework and current trends in social care and or integrated services.
