The Board of Trustees of the Smart Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Headteacher to lead Stocksfield Avenue Primary School.

Stocksfield Avenue is a large, PFI school with outstanding resources which serves a diverse community in the inner west of the city.

The appointed candidate will have a proven, successful track record in school senior leadership and be able to demonstrate that he or she has the vision and the ability to engage staff, parents, and children in ensuring the very best of learning experiences and outcomes for every child in all year groups. The successful candidate, as a Trust leader, will also be expected to work with other Smart Executive/Headteachers and leaders in other Trust schools when required.

Candidates are advised to use the school website and Facebook pages to gain a valuable insight into the school - School visits are encouraged and can be face-to-face or virtual. Informal conversations prior to application with Colin Lofthouse, CEO, are welcomed.

Please telephone Jenny Spoors, Administration and Finance Support Officer, on 0191 255 9351, if you would like to make an appointment to speak to the CEO.
