£33,945 - £37,336 per annum

37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Additionally, voluntary overtime work and standby arrangements exist

You will be responsible to provide high quality, ‘right first time’ range of gas / plumbing related tasks including:

<ul>

<li>Gas boiler repairs, servicing, installation to appliances such as domestic boilers, fires, cookers, space heaters, warm air units</li>

<li>G3 Unvented</li>

<li>Solar Systems</li>

<li>Communal systems</li>

<li>Air/Ground Source heat pump maintenance and repairs</li>

<li>First and second fix of plumbing pipework to kitchen and bathrooms</li>

<li>Toilet, basin and bath repairs and new installations, soil stacks </li>

<li>Kitchen sink repairs and replacements</li>

<li>Washing machine valves and associated pipework</li>

<li>Gas relays</li>

<li>Radiators and valves</li>

<li>Drainage</li>

</ul>

Reporting to a Manager within the Repairs &amp; Maintenance section you will ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, practices, and standards. (Hours of work 08:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 08:00 am - 13:00 pm Friday)

A clean current driving license is essential
