About the role:
The Governors of GCMS are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join our pastoral team to start September 2024. The role is 0.6 FTE, term time only, and is initially for one year with a view to it being made permanent. The working pattern of this 0.6 FTE contract is negotiable and will be agreed with the successful candidate.
This role offers the opportunity to undertake focussed and purposeful family support. You will work closely with our pastoral team to ensure that families are swiftly identified and subsequent intervention is appropriate, targeted and measured for impact.
You must be dynamic and an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for the children of GCMS. You will hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to a car.
