M2: £26,298 per annum, pro rata. Actual salary: £21,045 pa. Plus SEN1: £2,209 per annum, pro rata. Actual salary: £1,768 pa.

Part time - 25.96 hours per week (4 days)

Fixed term contract initially for 2 terms until 31/03/2021 to be reviewed.

Due to the resignation of the current post holder, we require as soon as possible, a class teacher with an excellent knowledge of the principles and practice of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Teacher, join an enthusiastic and committed team and have the ability to develop an effective stimulating, secure and safe learning environment both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities will include SENCO and other management tasks. The post holder should be a qualified teacher with an excellent understanding of child development and the ability to assess, monitor and evaluate children’s achievement.

This school is strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to obtain an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the DBS and a range of other recruitment checks.
