NFS, (Newcastle Furniture Service) delivers and installs furniture items to houses across the UK, predominantly in the North East, however we are growing and have new contracts covering the whole of the UK.
The Customer Support Team Leader supports and reports to the NFS Team Manager. This role is an integral part of NFS, leading and supervising the Customer Account Officers to ensure excellent service is provided to clients and customers.
Our customers are at the forefront of our business. We need individuals who care about delivering great customer service and take pride in what they do. Your positive attitude will motivate and influence others to do the same. You must also possess a flexible approach to your work and be excited to work for a service whose aim is to help people live more comfortably in their homes.
