£19,312 -£20,493 per annum pro rata

1 x 5.45 hours, alternate Saturdays, Permanent. Actual salary £1,315 - £1,395 per annum, plus weekend enhancement

1 x 4.15 hours, alternate Saturdays, Permanent. Actual Salary £1,080 - £1,145 per annum , plus weekend enhancement

6 x Casual Workers, various hours, as and when required. £10.01 per hour plus £1.35 leave allowance = £11.36 per hour

This is an exciting opportunity to join Community Hubs and Libraries.

You will be responsible for providing a front-line service to customers in our libraries and partnership buildings across the City.

You should be experienced in working in a customer focused environment and be able to actively promote services and encourage participation alongside resolving customer enquiries.

You should have excellent communication, customer service skills and IT skills.

You will be required to work across all sites which will include school holidays and weekend working as required.
