£18,795 - £19,945 per annum, pro rata
Community Hubs and Libraries
1 post 19 hours per week and 1 post 14 hours per week
Fixed term to 31 March 2020.
This is an opportunity to join our Community Hubs and Libraries within the Operations and Regulatory services division.
You will be responsible for providing a front-line service to citizens in our libraries and partnership buildings across the City. You will be expected to support citizens in accessing services either online or offline.
You should have excellent communication and customer service skills. Good IT skills would be beneficial.
You will be required to work flexibly across all sites which will include evening and weekend working.
