We are seeking a creative marketing and PR professional to work within our busy Communications team.

You must be able to write, edit and proof copy, work to tight deadlines and budgets and work on your own initiative. You must also be familiar with digital marketing including social media, using website content management systems and e-communications.

You will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and PR to promote TWAM's venues which include the Great North Museum: Hancock, the Laing Art Gallery, Segedunum Roman Fort and South Shields Museum & Art Gallery. This will involve developing communications plans for the venues and will include working with the media, online promotion, print and event organisation.
