About the Job

Our Apprentices get experience of real work with pay in one of our busy teams. This role is full time (37 hours per week) for a two-year fixed term starting in September 2024.

This apprenticeship role is working towards the full role of Organisational Development Officer, N5 £26,873-£28,770 per annum. In Y1 you will be paid 60% of the salary rate, or NMW, whichever is higher. In Y2 you will be paid 65% of the salary rate, or NMW, whichever is higher.

The Job

You will be working in our Organisational Development Team, providing support to our professional team of practitioners delivering our People Plan, employee support programmes, and supporting our Learning Management System.

As an apprentice you will be learning on the job to deliver an excellent service to the team and the wider organisation. We’ll support you to learn new skills, and to thrive in your role, undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Qualification.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone who is up for the challenge of working within a complex and diverse organization in a support role, and who can work alongside our busy team to deliver a range of employee support initiatives. Being willing to learn and to take on new challenges is a must! To be successful, you don’t need extensive experience or higher level qualifications, but you must have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grades 4/C, or equivalent.

If you are motivated, can resolve problems, and have some experience of being part of a team then this opportunity could be for you. Your experience can be from school, volunteering, or from other activities such as sports clubs or interest groups. We welcome applications from all ages (16+) and backgrounds.
