Newcastle is a dynamic and growing core city.

This post will increase capacity in our Admissions and Information team, working with schools and trusts across Newcastle as well as officers within Children, Education and Skills and other parts of the Council.

This is a varied role and the successful candidate will carry out a range of functions relating to school admissions in line with local and national policies and guidance.

You will have experience of working with families and different professionals to provide advice and guidance.

In addition, and equally important, will be the ability to record and manage data effectively using ICT systems for casework as well as to provide information and analysis for senior officers and schools.
