Payment terms for suppliers

Your payment terms will be set out in your contract before it starts.

If you submit invoices, our standard payment terms are 30 days from receipt of invoice.

We have introduced a supplier incentive programme which gives you the option to be paid as soon as the invoice is authorised, ahead of the 30 day terms. If you sign up to the programme a small pre-agreed discount is applied as the invoice is paid. The discount is proportionate to the number of days we accelerate the payment by.

Scheduled payments

If you are paid via scheduled payments you will normally be paid quarterly in advance.

The payment dates and amounts will be confirmed within your contract.
