Purchase card expenditure

We believe it is important to be open about how we spend money.

Each quarter we will publish a list of all payments we make through our purchase cards (including VAT), showing:

The reports will be prepared and published 30 days after the end of each quarter.

They will include all payments we make using Newcastle City Council procurement purchase cards.

Quarterly reports

Reports are listed by financial quarter.

There may be several supplier names within the reports where the name has been replaced by "Redacted Personal Data."

This follows Government guidelines for payments made to individuals, where the publication of their name may contravene the data protection act.
