Proposal

The Appeal was by MB European Limited regarding the refusal of planning application for: 

Demolition of existing structures on the site and its redevelopment for up to 356 dwellings in a series of 4 to 7 storey high blocks with associated underground car parking, landscaping and engineering works as amended by plans and further supporting documents received 12 September 2024 and 26 September 2024 (AMENDED SUBMISSION)(Local Planning Authority Reference: 2021/2349/01/EIA (View -NEWC | Newcastle City Council Online | Application | 129806)) (Planning Inspectorate Reference: APP/M4510/W/25/3367599).
