NCL Tutor - Programmes for Young People 16-19 provision

Full time - 37 hours per week.

Newcastle City Learning are seeking to recruit two highly motivated, inspirational and committed tutors to work within their programmes for young people provision. Applicants must have experience of working with learners with learning difficulties/disabilities/SEMH. Experience and knowledge of Education and Health Care Plans (EHCP) would be advantageous.

Applicants must have relevant knowledge and experience to enable them to develop programmes to meet the needs of learners including the development of both academic and social skills. An excellent working knowledge of curriculum development is essential for this role. You must have passion, drive and determination to enable learners to progress and reach their full potential.

You will need to be flexible as will be required to work across a number of locations within the city.

Teaching qualifications are essential requirements.
