A Rewarding Opportunity...

To lead a team of Intensive Family Support (IFS) Keyworkers within North locality, as part of the Community Family Offer. Families receiving a service from IFS teams often need a period of intense intervention to change poor/damaging behaviour and to address entrenched and complex needs.

You will join an experienced group of managers, developing excellent working practices with a variety of other services, including Children’s Social Care.

The Post

The post will suit a candidate who has:

<ul>

<li>A proven track record of successfully delivering a range of services that support families</li>

<li> Experience of carrying out a supervisory and management role</li>

<li> Experience of integrated, multi-agency working</li>

</ul>
