The Headteacher and Local Governing Committee of St Bede’s Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic Deputy Headteacher who will continue to build upon the achievements of this successful school.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:

<li>is a practising Catholic.</li>

<li>has a commitment to nurturing and promoting out Trust&rsquo;s distinctive ethos.</li>

<li>has a proven track record as an outstanding practitioner across primary key stages.</li>

<li>is creative, innovative and forward thinking, able to work collaboratively with the Headteacher and Governors.</li>

<li>leads by example and has high expectations of attainment, progress and behaviour.</li>

<li>forms positive relationships with all children, staff and parents - challenges, motivates and inspires.</li>

<li>will help our children to thrive in a culture that builds resilience and a positive attitude to learning in order to reach their highest potential.</li>

<li>will assist in developing the spirituality and wellbeing of staff and the community.</li>

<li>has an excellent ability to think strategically and experience of contributing to whole school improvement.</li>

<li>has a good understanding of the processes and procedures of SEND. </li>

</ul>
