We work hard to provide the best services to people living, working and visiting Newcastle.
To help us improve in the right areas and demonstrate progress, we use performance management. This helps us to:
- Focus on the council's priorities.
- Set targets aimed at improving services and measures progress.
- Be accountable to our customers.
- Make sure we provide value for money.
We produce a performance dashboard every three months. This shows how the city is doing as a whole and what we are doing as a council to make a difference.
