Adoption

On 2 November 2016 the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) for Newcastle upon Tyne was adopted. The CIL Charging Schedule was published to take effect on 14 November 2016.

The council received the CIL Examiner's final report on 17 August 2016. The Adopted Charging Schedule , including Charging Zone Maps 1- Residential and Map 2 - Commercial.
