£18,887 - £19,264 per annum, pro rota

We are looking to appoint committed and enthusiastic people to be Transport Escorts with Care Services.

We provide a Transport service for adults with severe learning disabilities with additional complex support needs, Autism, Dementia and Elderly.

You will be responsible for the escorting of service users from their home to day centres.

We are looking for applicants with good communication skills, enjoy interacting with others, patience and your commitment to making a real difference to people’s lives.

You will be required to work as part of a large team supporting individuals from their own homes onto Transport using equipment’s e.g., tail lift, wheelchairs etc.

You need to be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting the independence, choice and dignity of service users.

This post is 20 hours per week Monday - Friday split shifts
