An exciting opportunity for an RICS qualified property professional to work in the Property Team of a forward thinking and ambitious Local Authority.

The Council is undertaking a major review of its land and property assets with the aim of maximising income from its portfolio in addition to identifying investment and development opportunities. The Council’s property assets are a key driver to assist growth in the city and support the Council’s ambitious objectives.

Candidates will be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and will be required to provide technical property advice to a high standard. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent negotiation and communication skills, along with a willingness to embrace new challenges and learn new skills.
