In addition to the hourly rate, this post will receive the Living Wage supplement to bring the hourly rate up to a minimum of £9.90 an hour.* A committed and enthusiastic person is required to join the Learning Support Team to work as an assistant for learning. This involves working with small groups, in class and individually; this will also require some moving and personal care of students. Support and training will be provided where needed. We are a heavily oversubscribed School and SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training), graded outstanding in all categories by Ofsted in November 2013.
