We are looking for a student who is passionate about their chosen subject and is keen on working in a multi-disciplinary environment. We would like you to show us you have drive, ambition and knowledge together with excellent communication and relationship skills.

You will need to be on track to achieve a bachelor’s or Masters (or equivalent) across either of the following (dependant on the discipline preference above):-

• Civil Engineering

• Planning/Transport Planning

• Geography

• Environmental Science

As a Transport student, dependant on which discipline you apply for, you will help to support and deliver a wide range of projects and contribute to the application of the principles of engineering & transport development environment. You will be preparing various reports, undertaking research to understand the context and impacts of proposed schemes, collecting and analysing data, undertaking stakeholder engagement and developing and applying an understanding or national/regional/local policies, statutory and regulatory requirements, guidance and best practice.

You will be fully supported by your line manager and have a dedicator mentor who will create personalised objectives with you to support your studies and further career progression.
