Byker Primary is an outstanding school set in the heart of a thriving community. We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our office team. This is a varied and wide-ranging role which will cover all aspects of the day to day finance and administration involved in running a busy primary school. Working as part of a team reporting to the School Business Manager your work will be exciting, challenging and rewarding. Regular training and development opportunities will be available.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy office, they should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, have well developed IT and financial skills.

You should have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above (including Maths and English) or equivalent by experience. You should ideally be educated to A Level standard or hold an AAT (or equivalent) qualification.
