An exciting opportunity has arisen through the establishment of a new provision at our school. The ISEIP will have the core aim of ensuring students have their curriculum needs met through bespoke and high quality intervention and support.

We are seeking an individual to lead this provision with a team of 1 teacher and 2 Assistants, to work with subject leaders to help raise standards of achievement supporting students both whilst in the ISEIP and with their reintegration to mainstream.

If you are the person we are looking for you will possess:

•A proven track record of working positively with students who present as being disengaged from education.

•Knowledge of a range of behaviour improvement and engagement strategies, that include an understanding of Attachment Theory and Emotion Coaching with the ability to apply this to the delivery of their role within the ISEP

•Resilience and will be a reflective practitioner with the ability to develop positive professional relationships with challenging and disaffected students.

•A solution focused and creative approach in delivering a high-quality educational experience to all students within the ISEIP

•High expectation of students, staff and themselves.

•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a balance of challenge and empathy.

•An ability to thrive in a challenging environment.

•The ability to effectively lead a team and work with other professionals, stakeholders and multi-agencies.
