Part time - term time

£18,198 per annum (Actual Salary £5,082 per annum)

We have a vacancy for a School Crossing Patrol officer on the Coast Road next to the Corner House Pub in Heaton to support children and adults attending various schools.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent time keeper and have very good communication skills to work with the general public.

This role involves assisting children and adults across the road at the start and end of the school day, controlling traffic and communicating with the general public.

The successful applicant should be willing to undergo any training required, have a general understanding of road safety practices and have experience of working with the public.

The post will be for 12 hours per week term time only and is a permanent position.
