The successful applicant should be able to drive and ride a bike with confidence and be willing to undergo further training as required. Ideally, you will be a Bikeability qualified instructor.

The post will be for 15 hours per week with hours annualised over the year. There is also a holiday and bank holiday entitlement. The delivery hours will be delivered throughout the year with the majority of time being committed during school term time. Further hours may be available depending on the needs of the service.

We are committed to protecting and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff to share this commitment. This post is working in regulated activity. If you are successful we will undertake additional recruitment checks which will include a check to see if you have had any criminal convictions, a check of police information and we will check the barred list(s). It is a criminal offence for a barred individual to apply for a job in regulated activity.
