A number of posts have arisen within the R&M and Voids section of Repairs and Construction Services for the role of Repairs and Construction Manager.

You will be responsible for leading and delivering a customer focussed and highly performing service in the repairs and maintenance and voids section and expected to seek continual development in accordance with the Council’s and YHN’s vision and values, business plan and industry best practice.

Other responsibilities will include the management, deployment, training and development of all allocated resources. You will also be responsible for identifying new, innovative practices to enhance business opportunities and deliver efficiencies.
