We are seeking to recruit a performance management officer within the R&M Section of Repairs & Construction Services. We are a seeking self-motivated individual who can work alone as well as part of a team.

The role will entail working closely with the Lead Repairs & Construction Managers to interrogate multiple different IT systems to look into trends and patterns that will aid in business decisions and support regular service improvements. Working closely with finance partners in the payment of subcontractors and reviewing the process.

Reporting to a Repairs & Construction manager within the R&M Section you will be a valued member of the team, working to continuously improve the repairs and maintenance service. (Hours of work 07:45 am - 16:15 pm, Monday to Thursday and 07:45 am - 13:15 pm Friday)
