What the role will involve?

As part of the Informatics & Insights service, you'll be supporting the Children Education & Skills directorate with their data and analytical requirements.

There are two Performance Analyst roles available:

? Children’s Social Care Analyst

? Youth Justice Analyst

The roles will include undertaking a range of activities to enable us to achieve our analytical objectives, including using data and analysis to understand the needs of children in the city, develop and embed performance monitoring, using data to provide insights to managers and front-line workers, designing and undertaking analysis and research. Analysts also support our statutory reporting and inspection requirements.

You'll need to build great relationships with others on the team and across the organisation.

You will need experience of working in an analytical role and be skilled in understanding, manipulating and using data for good.
