We’re looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about how we support and develop our people. If you’re looking for a role with variety and challenge, then we’d like to hear from you.

This role delivers a range of activities including:

• Working with business areas to develop engaging e-learning activity on our Learning Management System;

• Helping to plan and deliver surveys and other activity which engages our front-line employees and gathers their views;

• Supporting the delivery of our People Plan activity by working on a range of different projects across areas like leadership and inclusion.

What will I need to apply?

You will need experience of working in a related field - this could include, but is not limited to, supporting an organisational development team, learning and development team, HR, workforce development or employee support function. You’ll also be looking for your next career challenge to develop your skills and potential.

To be successful, you’ll also need to be able to work independently, as well as the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively as part of our professional team. The role also requires digital skills to work with our on-line solutions that support our agile workforce, as well as the ability to work with data to deliver evidence-based solutions.
