£29,577 - £32,910 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our successful team. Responsible for the operational delivery of caretaking and cleaning services to schools and public buildings within the City.

You will lead a team of front-line resources providing Caretaking and building cleaning services directly to clients in schools and public buildings, ensuring that quality standards are consistently achieved.

As well as being an experienced operational manager with a proven track record, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to develop excellent relationships with a range of internal and external customers and partners.

You should possess good negotiation skills, be able to develop and drive service improvements, manage resources effectively and thrive within a busy and challenging commercial environment.
