The Head Teacher and Governors of Byker Primary School wish to appoint a Mid-day Supervisor to join our hardworking team.

Your duties would include the day to day management of the lunchtime assistants, the supervision of pupils taking meals, making sure they are safe and happy and enjoying their lunchtime experience. You should be able to demonstrate previous knowledge of supervising children and managing staff.

The school is strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure and a range of other recruitment checks. Written references will be also taken up and made available to interviewers before the final selection stage; even if you indicate otherwise.
