Social Worker (Royal Victoria Infirmary and Freeman Hospital)

• 2 posts (Freeman Hospital and RVI)

• 37 hours per week

• N7 £32,020 - £35,411 per annum (unprogressed)

• N8 £36,298 - £40,478 per annum (progressed)

Due to increased investment in hospital discharge pathways, we have social work opportunities available. Our job is to help people to get home or where they need to be as quickly and safely as possible and follow them up when they have left hospital.
