£22,369 - £23,194 per annum, pro rata (£13,300 - £13,791 actual salary 22 hrs, £19,950 - £20,686 actual salary 33 hrs) pay award pending

We have an exciting opportunity for two motivated, hardworking and flexible individuals to join our team as Health and Social Care Officers (Nights). We provide a specialist respite and crisis service that supports adults with learning disabilities with additional complex support needs within a building base. The service enables families to have a short break while we support their family member within the service. Health & Social Care Officers play a vital role within the team

These posts do not require specific experience or professional qualifications. What they really need is your caring approach, your patience, and your commitment to making a real difference to people’s lives.

Maintaining the dignity of people must always be a priority and successful applicants must be able to deliver care and support with sensitivity.

You will learn to use person centred approaches to ensure that the needs and aspirations of the individuals we support are met and support people to express themselves, make choices and utilise their own unique forms of communication/expression
