We are looking to appoint committed and enthusiastic people to be Health and Social Care Officers in our day service.

We provide a service for adults with severe learning disabilities with additional complex support needs and are looking to appoint people who are enthusiastic, creative and committed to enhancing the lives of people with additional needs.

We are also looking to appoint to our Autism service and are looking for people who are energetic, keen and able to participate in a range of activities both in the centre and outside in the community with people who have a severe Learning Disability and Autism who may display behaviours that can challenge.

Successful applicants will be joining an experienced, dedicated and creative team providing opportunities for people to develop their independence and reach their full potential using a wide range of activities and therapies.

You will use person centred approaches to ensure that the needs and aspirations of the individuals are met and support people to express themselves, make choices and utilise their own unique forms of communication/expression.

We are looking to appoint people who are willing and able to adopt new and innovative approaches and creative solutions in what can be a constantly changing environment.

You will be expected to assist in all aspects of daily living including personal care,

assistance with meals and have some experience in working with people whose behaviour may be seen as challenging.

In addition, you will receive:
