£22,369 - £23,194 per annum, pro rata. (£21,159 - £21,940 per annum actual Salary) Pay award pending
1 Post working 35 hours per week.
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hardworking and flexible individual to join our expanding team as Health and Social Care Officers. We provide a specialist respite and crisis service that supports adults with learning disabilities with additional complex support needs within a building base. The service enables families to have a short break while we support their family member within the service. Health & Social Care Officers play a vital role within the team

You will use learn to use person centred approaches to ensure that the needs and aspirations of the individuals we support are met and support people to express themselves, make choices and utilise their own unique forms of communication/expression

This post is working in regulated activity. You must be available to work a three-week rota pattern which includes working two weekends out of three. There are enhanced payments for working unsocial hours
