A vacancy has arisen for a General Construction Operative that holds a valid Driver’s license to work within the Void and R&M Section of Repairs & Construction Services.

We are seeking self-motivated individual who is capable of working alone as well as part of a multi skilled team. You will be responsible for driving a fleet vehicle and undertaking a range of Labouring tasks including Delivering materials, Clearing property’s, Cleaning property’s, reinstating Gardens to their original state, and waste collections.

Reporting to a Contract Manager within the Voids or R&M Sections you will be expected to work on a variety of properties and schemes including minor refurbishments ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, practices and standards.
