Applications are invited for an Event Supervisor who will be part of the team who are responsible for the delivery of hospitality and catering functions at the Civic Centre and the Mansion House.

This service is customer focussed and excellent communication skills are essential with the ability to build excellent rapport with clients

You must be able to demonstrate experience of delivering quality events in line with customer needs

The ability to work to tight deadlines, with attention to detail is essential and you should have experience of successfully implementing new services or improvements to standards

You must have experience of working collaboratively in a team and be able to demonstrate a flexible working style

You will be required to regularly work evenings and weekends in line with the functions and weddings that are booked.

You must be highly motivated with excellent organisational and planning skills.
