We are looking for a driven, self-motivated engineer to lead and manage our Structures team who has an excellent understanding of concepts and principals involved in the design, inspection, and maintenance of highway structures. You will have up to date and comprehensive knowledge of current developments and national requirements relating to this area.

Duties will include providing visible and supportive management, empowering, enabling and developing staff, overseeing the development of comprehensive maintenance programmes, development of bespoke maintenance regimes for various highway structures whilst ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, contract management and site supervision.
