Early Years Adviser (Inclusion)

Soulbury 10-13: £48,009 - £51,951 per annum (plus 3 SPA)
We are seeking an Early Years (inclusion) adviser to join the School Effectiveness team at Newcastle City Council.
You will be advising, supporting and challenging early years and childcare providers to ensure that all young people in Newcastle get the best possible start in life, regardless of any special need or disability.
You will be an experienced Early Years leader with the credibility to work effectively with providers, the wider SEND team and with networks of school early years leads. You will have a strong understanding of SEND issues in PVI and childcare settings.
You will be passionate about achieving strong outcomes for all children. You will be a strong communicator, able to manage teams and networks, lead projects and able to deliver effective training.
