We currently have a part time vacancy for a Domestic within Newcastle City Council’s Care Services teams, the post will be based at Byker Lodge Resource Centre in the East of the City.

The post involves providing domestic support to the care team and working with some of the most vulnerable adults in the city. In addition to ensuring the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained within the building.

We are looking for applicants with a flexible approach who are committed to working to a high standard and following cleaning protocols.

Being able to work shifts and unsociable hours (including weekends) is essential for all posts.

*This post attracts the Newcastle Living Wage supplement. In addition to the hourly rate, this post will receive the Newcastle Living Wage supplement to bring the hourly rate up to a minimum of £9.90 an hour.
