Customer and Culture Assistants (Casual)

£18,795 - £19,945 per annum, pro rata

This post is casual, hours are as and when required depending on service requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Community Hubs and Libraries. You will be responsible for providing a front-line service to customers in our libraries and partnership buildings across the City.

You should be experienced in working in a customer focused environment and be able to actively promote services and encourage participation alongside resolving customer enquiries. You should have excellent communication, customer service skills and IT skills.

You will be required to work across all sites which will include school holidays and weekend working as required.
