37 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days as confirmed by the school.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Cover Supervisors and organising cover for absent staff. As a manager, you will also contribute to the effective running of school administrative services and take on a range of other supervisory duties. Excellent communication, team leadership and organisational skills are essential. You will need to enjoy working in a very busy environment.
