This is an exciting time - We have joined the LocalGov Drupal project and are redesigning our website to put user needs first, and we need a passionate, motivated, engaging new team member to help lead content creation and spread new ways of working throughout the council.

Working as part of the communications team, but closely with ICT colleagues, your focus would be on making our website a top quality communication service for our residents.

Key responsibilities include to:

• Write, edit and manage accurate, accessible and informative content

• Support the development of the council’s online offer through identifying and fulfilling user needs.

• Enforce content and design guidelines to achieve the best possible digital user experience across the council’s online offer

• Work on the end-to-end online journey of a service to help users complete their goal and the council deliver policy intent.
